Hey, I’m Angela – an Aussie scrub nurse.

After countless 10+ hour shifts standing in theatre, my legs were screaming for relief. Compression socks seemed like the obvious fix — but every pair I tried was either boring AF, poor quality, or left angry red marks. I wished there was something that actually worked and had personality. So, I created it myself.

Stab N Stitch was born from the chaos and madness we face in healthcare. I wanted compression socks that supported my aching legs and expressed my sass and nurse humour — because sometimes, laughter is the best medicine.
